Two workers giggling and dancing around when there are NO lanes open and having all customers go through self check out! How does that make sense???? These 2 were just giggling and laughing instead of doing their job. We spent over a 100 dollars while scanning and bagging our own groceries.

Large selection of produce and fresh foods. The only downside is that they are lacking in organic produce. They also have a good selection of Mexican foods. The prices are pretty good for the area. They are also open at 6am which makes it helpful to go early. Friendly staff and easy to find what you need in the store.

I just had a peculiar experience at this location. As I was about to enter the store a staff person stopped me and told me the store was closed due to an electrical issue. I walked back out and went to shop elsewhere. However, I noticed the store was full of pepeople shopping and I also noticed other people entered the store after me. I'm a black American. And those who were allowed to enter didn't look like me and that stood out. I've shopped at this store on numerous occasions and never felt unwelcome until today. I will not be coming back.

Upon our initial arrival at Food City, we found ourselves in need of their restrooms. I noticed an employee diligently working and inquired if he could assist us by opening the restrooms. He was exceptionally accommodating. In fact, he was the manager, Cesar, who displayed a high level of professionalism and kindness. The second individual from whom I sought assistance was Mark, who worked at the quick checkout. He was very kind and courteous, helping me with my purchases as I was unfamiliar with their Mi Club membership. He guided me through the process, and I successfully bought a box of strawberries for a dollar, as they were on sale. I extend my gratitude to Food City for employing such an outstanding staff.

Don't buy their cakes. They ask you questions for what? So that they can ignore all the answers you give them? The baker must be new because this is not what the cakes were like in the last couple years I've ordered.
